How to sync WhatsApp Business API templates
Sync pulls the Meta templates into the WhatsApp API channel. They show up under **Quick reply**. Meta sample templates stay out of the list.
- Left menu, Admin, then Companies.
- Edit the company with the pencil.
- Under Channels, find the WhatsApp API channel.
- Click the three dots next to the channel and select Sync templates.
- To review the access data, click the plug icon on the channel.
- In Meta for Developers, open the app, go to WhatsApp, then API Setup. Copy APP ID, WABA ID, and Phone number ID.
- App Access Token: App settings > Basic > Show Secret Key.
- System User Access Token: Settings > Manage phones > System users > Generate new token. Paste the line on the platform.
- Save and sync again.
- Check in Ongoing attendances: start a new attendance on the API channel and click Quick reply.
