- Drag the Send Messages block onto the canvas.
- Name the block.
- Click Add Message and choose the content type:
- Text: plain message or with variables. - Image: upload an image (logo, graphic, etc.). - Documents: send PDFs, videos, or other files. - Audio: attach a pre-recorded audio file. - Whisper: internal message visible to agents only, not to the contact.
- Configure the content of each item added.
- Connect the block to the next step in the flow and save.
You can add more than one item in the same block. They are sent in sequence.
