How to use the Training tab
The Training tab feeds the AI agent with links, files, and question-and-answer pairs.
- Under Website links, click + Add, paste the full URL (company site, FAQ, or reference article), and repeat for each link.
- Under Attached files, click + Add and select files in
.TXT,.PDF,.XML,.JSON,.DOC,.DOCX,.XLS,.XLSX. Skip heavy files or files with no useful content. - Under Questions and answers, click + Add and fill in the question and the answer. Use real examples from day-to-day work.
- Click Save.
