How to create an AI agent on the platform
Create the agent under Modules, give it a descriptive name, and link the authorized companies.
- In the left menu, go to Modules > Automation > Agents.
- Click the + icon in the bottom right corner.
- In the Name field, enter an identifier that describes the agent's role (e.g., Sales, Support, FAQ).
- Under Organizations, select the company or companies that can use the agent. Leave blank to allow all registered companies.
- Click Save.
After creating the agent, configure it in the General tab.
