Create a chatbot

The bot only runs if the company, the desk and the channel already exist. Create them in that order.

1. Left menu, open Modules, then Chatbot.
2. Click + to add a bot.
3. Name it, pick the company, save.
4. Build the flow later. This step only creates an empty bot.

Before you create it:

• The company must exist.
• The company needs at least one desk.
• The company channel only uses the bot if that option is on in company settings.
