Chatbot - Set tags

The Set Tags block adds or removes tags from the contact during the flow. Use it together with the Decision Point block to segment contacts automatically.

  1. Drag the Set Tags block onto the canvas.
  2. Name the block.
  3. For each action, click Add to Contact or Remove from Contact and select the corresponding tag.
  4. Connect the block to the flow and save.

The Set Tags block should be used with the Decision Point block for tag-based conditions to work correctly.
