Configure access permissions

Access permissions control when and from where users in a group can log in to the platform. If a user tries to access outside the configured conditions, they receive an access-blocked notification.

1. In the left menu, go to Admin > Permission Group.
2. Select the group you want and click the pencil icon.
3. Open the Access Permissions tab.
4. Configure the controls you need:

- General: fully enable or disable access. - IP restriction: choose between full access, an allow list (permitted IPs), or a block list (blocked IPs). - Day-of-week restriction: set allowed or blocked days. - Date restriction: specific access dates. - Day-range restriction: an access date interval. - Time restriction: time windows per day of the week.
