Clone a chatbot

Copies a chatbot flow to another system or to the same account. The destination company must have at least one chatbot created before you start.

Note the source system ID (needed in the next step).
Go to Modules > Chatbot, find the bot you want to clone, and click Clone Chatbot.
Select the destination system, the company, and give the destination bot a name.
Set the post-execution action rule and the invalid action rule as needed.
Confirm the clone.

The destination bot receives the same flow as the original. Action rules may need adjusting if the destination has different desks or channels.
