- Log in to the platform. If a channel is disconnected, the Channel center screen opens automatically. Otherwise, access it from the icon at the top left.
- In the Actions column, click the Restart icon for the channel.
- Select Generate pairing code.
- Enter the full WhatsApp number: country code + area code + number.
- Click Yes.
- Wait for the status to change to Waiting for pairing.
- Click the QR code icon to see the 8-digit code displayed below the image.
- On your phone, confirm the WhatsApp notification and enter the 8-digit code.
- Wait for the status to change to Connected.
