How to disable the chatbot

Disable the chatbot for a company without deleting it. The bot stays registered but stops handling conversations.

In the left menu, go to Admin > Companies.
Click the pencil icon for the company.
In the Chatbot section, uncheck Use chatbot.
Click Save.
